WE HAVE ARRIVED!!!

Well, yesterday was the official move-out day for the Milillo fam. We started packing around 8 am and didn't load the last thing and pull out of the driveway until after 9 pm...WHEW!!!! Thank you SOOOOOO much to everyone who helped us (Kristi, Kali, Zack, Brett, Papa, Ghi, and Zeek)!!!!!! We couldn't have done it without you! We had a few casualties on the move...a broken bookshelf, the crib snapped and is non-inhabitable, and the bottom to the changing table fell out...but other than that, it was a pretty uneventful trip. It took us a little over an hour to get to our new home (Molly took a little longer...she had to stop for milk and Cinnamon Toast Crunch for the next morning). We pulled in just before 10:30pm to find One Mission's interns faithfully waiting to help us unload...the only problem was they had all fallen asleep watching a movie at our house waiting for us. Hahaha....

So after a rude awakening and a big pot of coffee, they all GRACIOUSLY took 2 hours from their already hectic days and unloaded the entire 24 foot HUMONGOUS truck! Thank you soooooo much!!!!

I must admit that I was quite overwhelmed with all of the boxes in our house. We went from 1600 sq. feet down to 900. I am not complaining at all, in fact, I love our new house even more than the old one, but it was a shocker to see a larger houses' capacity try to be shoved into a smaller house.

We finally sacked out at about 2 this morning, woke up at 7 and spent an entire day (still going) unpacking and putting things away...(And can I just say that putting away an entire kitchen is NOT my favorite thing in the world!!!!!)

Thankfully, Steve and I worked hard this morning putting everything that needed to go in the attic in its proper place. Whew! (That was half the load right there!) Steve's mom came today to help, along with my parents. We are so loved and they were all such HUGE helps!!! I don't recommend moving houses (or cities) when you are 5+ months pregnant, but with amazing friends and family to help you, it hasn't been all that bad. :)

I still have some schoolwork to somehow get done before tomorrow night...please pray for my body!! I am EXHAUSTED!!!! And I know Steve is too!!!! And Malachi's a little confused....but he's a quick adjuster! :)

We are striving for "radical"...
The Milillo Fam
