baby zeek, big boy malachi, and other updates...

First, here are some pictures to update you on how our boys are growing!

I must say that, according to this first picture, Malachi is turning into quite the HANDSOME HEARTBREAKER!!! He stayed still long enough for me to fix his 'hawk and I even got it on camera! Yessss!!

I don't think it's just a mother's bias...this kid is HANDSOME!!!!!

Some of you (Mel!) have been wanting a "belly pic" to see how Zeek's growing...here you go!

I liked this one in black and white because it's almost like Where's Waldo...haha

Malachi was testing the strength of the fence...he really wanted to play in the neighbor's yard.

And this is what a heart attack looks like! (Well, the heart attack came when he proceeded to climb on the windowsill as I put my camera away!) AHHH!!!! CRAZY BOY!!!!!! (but at least he has superb balance!)

Here are a few more updates on Malachi...

-He continues to grow taller every day! Rockets' scouts should be calling any day.

-His favorite foods are currently Pringles Sour Cream and Onion chips, Velveeta Shells 'n Cheese, and guacamole.

-Words he says: Mama, Dada, down, hot, BoBo (the dog), there, ball, more

-Signs he loves to use: "more", "help", "please", "eat", "trash/yuck", "play", "all finished", "where"

-Favorite activity: Hotwheels cars and anything involving the waterhose

-Current milestone: learning new words and trying to say them!! Yay!!

-Cutest thing he does: he will give "the baby" (mommy's belly) kisses and hugs...SOOO SWEET!!

-Favorite person on the planet: His daddy!

-What he sleeps with in his crib: 2-3 mommy shirts (his lovies!), Giant Monkey, bear, tiny lamb, Scout, Taggy Dog, a binky, and another stuffed animal of his choosing.

-Favorite book: The Daddy Book (we read it at least 3 times every night!)

-Bedtime: between 7:30-8:00pm

-Wake-up time: 7:30-8:00am

Well, I think you know all you need to know about our sweet little monkeys! Malachi is seriously getting to be such a little boy and so much less of a baby every single day! Zeek is VERY active and moves around constantly! Just last night, Steve was fascinated at how much Zeek likes cake...it makes him go nuts!!!!
